Kirk Trammel - CEO & President
Kirk is a recovering attorney with 25 years experience building residential and commercial construction companies, with a profound knack for uncovering opportunities and building teams to execute on them. As the company's EOS Visionary and one of the most competitive people you'll ever meet, Kirk charts the company's course, leads its business development efforts, and works daily to add valuable team members with a passion for growing themselves and the company. Fun Fact: Kirk and his wife, Leigh, just completed a home made from seven recycled shipping containers and love to talk about it - ask them all about it if you have some time to kill.
Scott Prosser - Owner's Representative - Franchise Buildouts
Scott is a seasoned Construction Manager in the personal services industry, leading fast-paced commercial construction projects in malls, strip malls, and stand-alone buildings. He brings vast knowledge of construction, having built hundreds of franchisee project all over North America. He is a diplomatic and effective negotiator, and is a capable communicator that will ensure good decisions that will create savings for the business and the franchisee. Scott lives with his wife Josy in a town outside of Minneapolis, MN. He enjoys reading, traveling and his English Spring Spaniel pup.
Alex Goodhue - Director, Owner's Representative Program
A natural leader and technically skilled project manager, Alex has over two years of construction project management experience from working with Aspen Dental and Rollout Connection, as well as almost five years of hands-on commercial construction experience as a subcontractor. With Aspen Dental, Alex successfully managed over 30 new locations annually, delivering timely and quality service on extremely tight time frames. A skilled hockey player, Alex has been captain of most teams he played on through college, and when not at work, the outdoors are a natural calling for Alex and his fiancé Keegan along with their two dogs.
Leigh Trammel - Director of Franchise Partnerships
Leigh puts the "people" in people person, always finding a way to make others feel good about working together toward a positive outcome. With a background as varied as running a horse farm for a notable retired entrepreneur to developing business and managing projects for such heavy-hitting clients as Home Shopping Network, Nestle Purina Pet Care, RR Donnelly, SC Johnson, and Slumberland - Leigh brings a calm sense of "anything's possible" to even the most challenging situations. Her off hours are usually spent chasing three dogs and three cats around the house and wondering where all the hair comes from.
Payton Trammel - Director of Sales & Marketing
Payton comes from a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development. A top performer at his previous position with a regional professional recruiting firm (#1 out 50), Payton was rapidly promoted into managerial roles to train and coach others. Payton understands that putting in the work each day is vital to not only his success, but also that of Rollout Connection and our clients. Outside of work, Payton has developed his own ventures working with reclaimed wood and other small businesses. Hockey is also a huge part of his life. Payton continues to play men's league hockey and is also a high school hockey coach for St. Louis Park. Go Orioles!
Lydia Weiss - Director of Operations
Lydia is a self-proclaimed “jack of all trades” with almost ten years of experience in customer service. Her diverse experience has taught her that adaptability, hard work, and a positive attitude are the keys to success. Unafraid to take on a challenge, Lydia quickly worked her way up in previous administrative jobs and in the span of two years has moved from being a receptionist to an office manager. Lydia brings her can-do attitude to work with Rollout Connection every day and is always happy to help; if she doesn’t know how, she’ll figure it out! In her free time, Lydia finds new ways to spoil her dog, Ava, and cat, Shadow. She also loves art and always has a project going- the current project is a giant paint by number three years in the making!

Working with Rollout Connection has been a breath of fresh air for the growth of Franworth partnered Franchise Brands The Lash Lounge and CITYROW. The many facets of Rollout Connection's services were a perfect fit for the development model of these Brands. Their ability to provide full turn-key "store in a box" construction project management, millwork and procurement packages was essential to supporting The Lash Lounge and their growth from 33 salons to over 105 salons in a 15 month period. This provided for an excellent foundation and relationship when our water-rowing fitness brand CITYROW was launched.
The Rollout Connection Team was able to proactively source and provide recommendations on products, material finishes, millwork and FF&E items that not only reduced costs for our Franchisees but provided efficiencies in the design and construction of our salons and studios. In my role and experience in Franchise store development, their diligence and direct support translates into better relationships with our Franchisees by being the first line of defense to resolve issues as they arise during the pre-construction and construction process. All while ensuring the compliance of design and development standards of the Brand are protected.
In addition to their construction project management services and support I had the privilege of working with their team on a proprietary prototype esthetician salon cart for The Lash Lounge. I could not have been more pleased with their Team's ability in working with my Team to quickly develop a custom piece of millwork that is now in full production.
