Our team has decades of combined experience managing projects for franchise chains of all sizes, including rapidly-growing brands such as A&W, Beard Papa's, MADabolic, Slumberland, The Lash Lounge, Scenthound, and more.
Whether working with enterprise or emerging franchisors, or multi-unit or one-location franchisees - we deliver the same level of experience, commitment and passion for building out your next location.
We are entrepreneurs at heart, we love being a part of helping you grow your business, and we work every day to continue to grow our company in a way that earns and honors your trust.
We invite you to take a look at "WHY ROLLOUT CONNECTION" to the right, and our "VALUES" also on this site - and reach out if we sound like the kind of people you'd like to do business with.
WHY ROLLOUT CONNECTION?
Your business is your baby, your pride and joy. Selecting who you will partner with to build out your location and grow your business is a HUGE decision. Here are 9 reasons why Rollout Connection is the right choice:
1. WE SPEAK FRANCHISE.
While we work with both corporate chains and franchises, we cut our teeth building out locations for 'Zees and 'Zors to help grow their brands and we know the space inside and out.
2. WE'RE YOUR BIGGEST FANS.
We love entrepreneurship and genuinely and deeply respect the inspired, driven and determined people like you who dedicate their lives to starting and growing a business.
3. WE HAVE YOUR BACK.
We assist with your LOI and lease negotiations to maximize TI dollars, we complete site surveys to uncover hidden cost drivers, and we manage change orders to a bare minimum.
4. WE SAVE YOU MONEY.
From our low-overhead business model, to our volume buying power, to our commitment to competitively bid every aspect of your project - everything we
do is designed to provide tremendous value and save you money.
5. WE GET YOU OPEN FASTER.
Our innovative construction management process typically cuts weeks from the construction timeline, getting you open faster to start netting all-important startup revenue.
6. WE SWEAT THE DETAILS.
You have a business to run, and our obsession with getting the details right
frees you up to do just that. From pre-construction planning through project completion, you're in good, experienced (and somewhat obsessive) hands.
7. WE MAINTAIN STRONG PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS.
We maintain strong, nationwide industry relationships across a wide spectrum
of real estate brokers, designers, architects, suppliers, manufacturers, installers, and general contractors - and we understand that engaging the right people is key to serving your unique needs.
8. WE CHERISH LONG-TERM CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.
Our business is built on doing repeat work for growing franchises. We'll do everything in our power to make your first job an enjoyable and successful experience, so you'll come back for additional locations as you grow.
9. CONSIDER US YOUR FLEXIBLE, REMOTE CONSTRUCTION TEAM.
Rather than spend valuable time trying to recruit elusive construction talent and
adding expensive headcount, many of our clients count on us to ramp up when they have locations to build, and when no locations are being built we simply assign our personnel to work for other clients - minimizing your administrative time, payroll and related carrying costs.

A FEW CLIENTS
Vice President of Real Estate and Construction
Franworth / The Lash Lounge / CityRow
Working with Rollout Connection has been a breath of fresh air for the growth of Franworth partnered Franchise Brands The Lash Lounge and CITYROW. The many facets of Rollout Connection's services were a perfect fit for the development model of these Brands. Their ability to provide full turn-key "store in a box" construction project management, millwork and procurement packages was essential to supporting The Lash Lounge and their growth from 33 salons to over 105 salons in a 15 month period. This provided for an excellent foundation and relationship when our water-rowing fitness brand CITYROW was launched.
The Rollout Connection Team was able to proactively source and provide recommendations on products, material finishes, millwork and FF&E items that not only reduced costs for our Franchisees but provided efficiencies in the design and construction of our salons and studios. In my role and experience in Franchise store development, their diligence and direct support translates into better relationships with our Franchisees by being the first line of defense to resolve issues as they arise during the pre-construction and construction process. All while ensuring the compliance of design and development standards of the Brand are protected.
In addition to their construction project management services and support I had the privilege of working with their team on a proprietary prototype esthetician salon cart for The Lash Lounge. I could not have been more pleased with their Team's ability in working with my Team to quickly develop a custom piece of millwork that is now in full production.
